📋 Panchayat Complaint Register
A facility to directly lodge complaints at the Grama Panchayat office. Received complaints are registered, forwarded to the concerned officers, and necessary follow-up actions are taken.
🤝 Public Contact Day
Public Contact Day provides an opportunity for the public to directly present their grievances and requests in the presence of the Panchayat President, Secretary, and concerned officials.
🌐 Online Complaint Submission
Complaints can be submitted and their progress tracked through the online portals of the State Government and the Local Self Government Department.

Grievances and suggestions can be conveyed using the official email address and telephone number of the Panchayat.
📮 Complaint Box
Written complaints can be submitted through the complaint box installed at the Panchayat office. These are inspected at regular intervals and appropriate actions are taken.

Applications can be submitted under the Right to Information Act to obtain information regarding services and to know about administrative procedures.
🏛️ Complaints to Higher Authorities
Grievances that are not resolved at the Panchayat level can be submitted to higher authorities such as the Block Panchayat, District Panchayat, Local Self Government Department, Joint Director Office, etc.
⚖️ Ombudsman / Tribunal
Ombudsman and Tribunal systems function to address complaints regarding corruption, irregularities, and abuse of power in Local Self Government Institutions.

- Clearly state the complainant's name, address, and telephone number.
- Clearly state the details of the complaint.
- Attach copies of relevant supporting documents.
- Keep the date of submission and acknowledgement receipt safe.
