Social security pensions provided by the Government of Kerala are financial assistance given to economically backward senior citizens, widows, differently-abled persons, agricultural laborers, unmarried women above 50 years of age, etc. Receiving monthly pensions assists eligible individuals with their basic living expenses.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Annual family income limit is ₹1,00,000.
- Must have completed sixty years of age.
- Must have resided permanently in the State of Kerala for at least three years [G.O.(P) 47/95/SWD dated 13.12.95].
- Applicant must not be a service pensioner/family pensioner.
- Applicant must not be an income tax payer.
- The applicant or family must not own land exceeding two acres (not applicable to Scheduled Tribe categories).
- Must not reside in houses having an area exceeding 2000 sq. ft., with modern flooring and concrete roofing.
- Family members must not own non-taxi vehicles with an engine capacity exceeding 1000 cc, excluding Ambassador cars.
- Must not have an air conditioner in the residing house.

- Death certificate of husband if a widow.
- In the case of women over 50 years of age who have been deserted by their husband for seven years and have not remarried, and women whose husbands have been missing for more than seven years, a certificate from the Village Officer in this regard [G.O.(MS) 97/2020/Fin dated 23.09.2020].
- Documents proving that the applicant has been a permanent resident in Kerala for at least two years at the time of application (copies of Ration Card/other address proof documents).
- Certificate from the Village Officer to prove income [G.O.(MS) 97/2020/Fin dated 23.09.2020].

- Applicant must not be an income tax payer.
- The applicant or family must not own land exceeding two acres (not applicable to Scheduled Tribe categories).

- Discharge certificate from the Agricultural Workers Welfare Fund Board.
- School records, Birth Certificate, Driving License, or a copy of Passport must be produced to prove age.

- Income certificate from the Village Office.
- A self-attested declaration stating that the applicant is not an income tax payer, not a service pensioner, and that the applicant and family do not own more than two acres of land (not applicable to Scheduled Tribes) (Annexure-25).

✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Annual family income should not exceed one lakh rupees.
- Must have completed sixty years of age.
- Must be a discharged member of the Agricultural Workers Welfare Fund.
- Document proving permanent residence in Kerala for at least 10 continuous years immediately prior to applying.
- Must not reside in houses having an area exceeding 2000 sq. ft., with modern flooring and concrete roofing, or have family members owning non-taxi vehicles with an engine capacity exceeding 1000 cc excluding Ambassador cars.
